December 31: Cheers to a Happy New Year!
🥂 2015 RMS Brut 10-Year Delayed Disgorgement

This week we’re featuring the final step of the Traditional Method:

Dosage
A small amount of sugar and wine is added to each bottle before the final corking. The dosage is carefully adjusted by the winemaker for a perfect balance.

At ROCO we rest the finished wine in the bottle for a period of time, and then our RMS sparkling wines are made available and are ready to enjoy. To a new year and another vintage, cheers!

Please enjoy responsibly. Must be 21 years or older to purchase or consume alcohol.
