As we celebrate 9 years of our little gelato stand, weโre reflecting on the journey that has gotten us to where we are now. Although there have been many bumps along the way, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for the support and love from our community. Owning & operating a small business (especially one with a 3 person team) is not for the weak, but Chef Johnny & Ms. Tina have been steadfast in their goal of serving yummy treats in a friendly & open community setting for almost a decade now! Our mission from the beginning has been to offer fun, unique desserts to the Gainesville area while promoting fellowship & giving back to the community. We are thankful for the positive feedback weโve gotten from customers. Additionally, we very much appreciate all who have contributed to our tips which are donated to charitable causes or nonprofit organizations every month, helping us maintain the heart of our business model. We are preparing to end our business year (last open weekend being 10/23-25) and uncertain what next year might look like, but weโd like to take a moment to express our gratitude and love for this amazing experience. You all have made this adventure so worth it.
PS: We do not look at our online reviews very often but, holy cow, thank you so much to everyone who has supported us and taken the time to share their love on Google or Yelp. It means so much. Although itโs lengthy, we just had to make this post to document that we are doing some things right! ๐
