Local cheese is the best!

Ricotta! We love how our ricotta showcases the rich flavor of our milk. And now that the pastures are growing you can see the beautiful golden color of true grass-fed Jersey milk. Packed with protein, use our ricotta as a substitute for cottage cheese in recipes or enjoy it on it's own with fresh fruit. We love to make baked ziti or ricotta frittatas! Pick up some ricotta this weekend at Farmer's Markets or at People's Provisions. .provisions , ,

*new cheese* Welcome to the newest cheese in our Spicy family! Stop by Farmer's Markets this weekend and give our new cheese a try. Hot Honey Bovre, a little sweet and a little heat. Smooth, spreadable, great for crackers, mix into your breakfast eggs, stuff and bake jalapeños.... pick one up for your impromptu picnic .
