Take your BLT to a new level. Try some sliced avocado (good fat) with your thick sliced bacon. Then add local lettuce and a vine ripe tomato from Howling Pines Farm - Christmas Tree Headquarters in Auburn, Ohio. Then shake a little Black Dog Belly Rub on the Mayo. Boom!

One of our customers, Mackinac Straits Fish, has a shop in St. Ignace, Mi.

As fate would have it, we mixed up the ferry time in Manitowoc for the crossing so we decided to go north around the UP. A beautiful drive through eastern Wisconsin and across the UP brought us to St. Ignace where we decided to stop for the night. Had a delicious dinner at the Gangplank and ordered their broiled whitefish which turned out to be caught by Mackinac Straits!

Stopped by to meet this family business and picked up some goodies! Can’t wait to try them!
