closed tuesday, may 12. one of the first lessons i learned in owning a small business, is no matter how much you might have it nailed down (i don’t) or figured out (still don’t) you can never control the amount of staff. that part will always be out of your hands. we are short, and struggling, but doing our best. once we have enough hands available and up to speed, i promise we’ll be back to our regular schedule. in the meantime, thank you for your patience, support, and understanding.
