✅ INGREDIENTS ✅

4 ounces tomato juice
1/2 ounce lemon & or lime juice
1/2 tsp horseradish(optional)
1/8 tsp celery salt
1 -3 tsp Fork Fire marinade (how much kick you want)
1.5 oz vodka(optional)

Mix together and serve over ice with a celery stalk and some green olives. You can have it with no alcohol like me or make it as strong as you like!

Who would have thought, using a marinade for Bloody Marys? But if it works it works!

Anyone else have some crazy ideas for us to try?

How about two? over some slow cooker shredded chicken cooked in marinade.

Take 3lbs chicken breast, place in slow cooker, top with 6-12oz of your favorite Fork Fire Marinade and sauce.
Cook on high 6 hours. Shred chicken, serve inside toasted pita bread with whatever toppings you like, but we like to use Jazz's Saucy Sauce Sultry Smoke. Because we like it saucy!

Fired up bean salad? Easy! Grab a few cans of beans, chop a few veggies, add your favorite Fork Fire marinade, enjoy!

RECIPE:

1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can garbanzo beans

1/2 large purple onion

1 zucchini

1 bell pepper

Fork Fire marinade

Open the beans and pour into a strainer to rinse. Rinse all beans, drain well and put in large bowl. Chop the bell pepper, zucchini and onion into small pieces and place in bowl with beans. Add approximately 2-4oz of marinade to the bowl and gently mix together.

Simple as that! You can add different veggies, change beans, whatever you want, Fork Fire marinades and sauces do all the rest!

150 gallons is one big pot! With this behemoth of a steam kettle we will be able to make over 1000 bottles at a time!

Working on getting moved into our new space, the kettle was the largest piece we had to move. I think we should name it "DOT 3", it reminds me of the movie Twister and the pods they used to get the storm data.

Anyone else have name ideas for our big ol' cookin' kettle?
