Hello Friends,
Fall is starting to make its way into the shop, and we have so much to share! Our fall drink menu is here, fresh scones are on the menu, and this Wednesday we’re giving away a free mini scone with your visit while supplies last.
We’re also excited to have cooking classes back for the season, including Fall Scone Making and Soup Season. Spots are limited, so be sure to grab yours early!

Hello Friends,
We have a lot of good things happening at North Fork this week! 🤎

Our weekly scone menu is officially up and online pre-orders are open. If you have a favorite you’ve been waiting for, we always recommend ordering ahead—some flavors go quickly!

We’re also hiring a new kitchen team member! If you love working with food, staying busy, and being part of a small, hardworking team, check out our hiring post or reach out to us for more information.

💐 Due North Ranch Bouquet Drop — Friday
We’re changing things up a little this week! Instead of our usual bouquet pre-orders, we’ll be doing a fresh bouquet drop Friday mid-morning filled with some of the best flowers coming out of the ranch right now—zinnias, celosia, dahlias + more. CINNAMON ROLLS ARE BACK SATURDAY! ✨

Fresh, smoky, bright, and full of flavor — proof that a few really good ingredients are all you need.

WE’RE HIRING — KITCHEN TEAM

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our kitchen team at North Fork Chai Co.

Schedule:
Tuesday–Saturday
6:45am–3:15pm
Full-time

This is a hands-on kitchen position helping with both daily prep and service. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing ingredients for the day
• Making breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches
• Working the sandwich/prep line during busy service
• Portioning, stocking + keeping stations organized
• Assisting with housemade food production and daily prep
• Dishes + kitchen cleaning
• Opening and closing kitchen tasks
• Helping the team wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

We are a busy, scratch-made café kitchen, so we’re looking for someone who works efficiently, stays organized, notices what needs to be done, and isn’t afraid to jump in.

Kitchen or food-service experience is preferred, but we’re also willing to train the right person who is reliable, motivated and genuinely wants to work.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is a team player, dependable, clean, efficient and comfortable working at a fast pace.
