Summer is beginning to settle into the foothills, and we're excited to share a few things we're loving this week. Our flower fields are blooming, the garden is growing, and we've have a fresh lineup of seasonal scones.
As always, our scones are made from scratch using organic flour, Clover butter, and buttermilk, then baked fresh each morning. This week's flavors are available for pre-order now on our website, and we highly recommend reserving yours ahead of time—
We're also thrilled to introduce our Bouquet of the Week from our ranch Due North Ranch. Each bouquet is harvested fresh from our fields and features a beautiful mix of seasonal blooms and textures, bringing a little piece of the ranch home with you.

🌸 Bouquet of the Week is Here!
Our flower fields are beginning to hit their stride, and we're excited to offer our first Bouquet of the Week from Due North Ranch!
This week's bouquet is filled with freshly harvested snapdragons, scabiosa, feverfew, dusty miller, bunny tails, lavender, valerian, statice, and yarrow. It's a beautiful mix of color, texture, and fragrance—capturing everything we love about early summer on the ranch.
Whether you're brightening your kitchen table, surprising a friend, or treating yourself, these farm-grown bouquets are harvested fresh and wrapped with care right here on the ranch.
🌿 Available for pickup Tuesday–Saturday with online pre-orders.
🌿 We will also have a limited number of fresh bouquets available for purchase in the café Thursday through Saturday, while supplies last.
🌿 Pre-ordering is the best way to guarantee a bouquet, as quantities are based on what is blooming in our fields each week.

Hello Friends,
This week’s scone drop is bringing a little taste of summer to the shop with our Peach Scones featuring beautiful peaches from Twin Peaks Orchards. As always, our scones are made from scratch with organic flour, Clover butter, Clover buttermilk, and the best seasonal ingredients we can get our hands on.
The farm is starting to really wake up over here at Due North Ranch. The jalapeños are looking happy, the flowers are doing their thing, and the apple trees are thriving in the sunshine. It’s one of our favorite times of year — watching everything slowly come to life.
We’re feeling really grateful for the season, for local growers, and for this community that continues to support small craft food and farming one cup (and one scone/chai) at a time.

We’re turning 7 years old this weekend and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.
