Dear Teachers,

There aren’t really enough words to fully express how much you mean, but I hope this comes close. THANK YOU, truly.

Thank you for the kindness you show, even on the hardest days. Thank you for your patience, your encouragement, and the quiet ways you lift your students up when they need it most. You don’t just teach subjects you help shape confidence, spark curiosity, and create a place where students feel seen, safe, and cared for.

The effort you put in doesn’t go unnoticed. The extra time, the thoughtful words, the small moments of reassurance they matter more than you probably realize. Long after lessons are forgotten, the way you made your students feel will stay with them.

You make a difference every single day, in ways both big and small, and that kind of impact is truly special. I should know I’ve worked side by side with so many of you and the way you love on these kids, find ways to make school fun, and keep showing up even on the hard days means so much. Newcastle is so lucky to have each and every one of you. 🫶🏽

Thank you for everything you give, not just as teachers, but as people who genuinely care.

Newcastle High School kids! 💙

I took some time off from subbing this week to be part of Strut Week, and you all truly showed up. The line was long, but your patience and positivity meant everything and hearing so many of you say it was worth the wait made my day!
I love my Racers. Not only are you amazing in the classroom, but the way you support a local business and each other is something special. It didn’t go unnoticed.

Thank you all so much—you ROCK!! 🙌
