Fresh cut Certified Angus Chioce Ribeyes today they have been aging for 6 weeks. $14.99 per pound

Iowa Chops have been a hottt item this week they are Large thick cut Loins $1.69 per pound average over 1 lbs per chop.

Still have freshly made Bruces Pork Burgers and Jalapeño patties on hand. Please call ahead if you are wanting more than 100 packages at a time!!!

We had to try them when we finished!!! They turned out gr8!!!

90% lean 1/3 lbs patties cerified Angus beef. $6.99 per pound.

A good change up to all the Bruces BBQ Pork Patties we have enjoyed the last few batches.

We also have bulk hamburger in 1lbs packages. 90% lean on hand for $6.49 per lbs. Certified Angus beef ground from Chuck!!! It is fantastic!!!

Ivy and Ezzys Lillys are almost gone and we will plant the remaining ones this weekend in dads garden to give away as cut flowers to our neighbors and friends this summer again. The remaining ones are $10 per pot of 4 to 6 lillies per pot. They will be available until Sunday at the store.

What a day! The support we received today from the community, our family and friends is overwhelming. Nieland Custom Meats is officially open for business!

We could not be more proud and humbled to carry on this legacy as a family. None of this would be possible without our incredible employees, friends, family, and community. Everyone played a role in making our opening day a success far beyond our expectations.

A huge thank you to the Buena Vista County Pork Producers for helping us promote the pork industry and our products. They did an amazing job grilling over 600 patties in just two hours!

We would also like to apologize for limiting the number of Bruce’s BBQ Pork Burgers customers could purchase today. We hope you understand our commitment to providing a delicious, quality product while giving as many people as possible the opportunity to enjoy one of our staple items on opening day.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll begin stocking more of your favorite products, including skinless brats, sausages, hamburgers, and other great products formerly produced by the Newell Locker.

In the meantime, stop in and grab more pork burgers, jalapeño pork burgers, ribeyes, or T-bones for your Memorial Day celebrations!

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to provide quality meat products to both longtime and new customers. Thank you again for making our first day so memorable!
