Our products are made with locally grown quince, organic cane sugar, organic lemon & lime juice, and other local ingredients. Restaurants or cheesemongers in the Boston area can contact Specialty Foods Boston for cases of four one-pound containers of quince paste. Food service sized containers of paste, mustard & preserves are available through Food Connects (Brattleboro VT) and you can always buy our entire product line at Grafton Village Cheese Company (Brattleboro outlet). Please note that we are expanding distribution in 2018.
