The countdown has been fun… but if I’m being honest, today feels a little heavy.

Maybe it’s because we’re close enough that it finally feels real. Maybe it’s because every corner of this shop holds a memory. Or maybe it’s because y’all keep stopping in to share stories about what Bold Soul has meant to you. ❤️

Whatever it is, I’m feeling incredibly grateful.

Thank you for loving this little store so well. We’ve got 4 days left, and I plan on soaking up every single one of them. 🤍

Today was our last market day ever, and wow… what a day. ✨😭🩷

There were hugs, laughter, happy tears, stories, memories, and more love than I could have imagined. Every conversation reminded me just how lucky I’ve been to spend the last ✨SIX✨ years surrounded by such incredible people. 🥹

Thank you for showing up, supporting small business, and making this little shop so much more than just a store. ❤️

And yes… I know what everyone keeps asking:

“What’s next?”

My answer? I think we’re going to find out very soon. 👀✨

For now, I’m soaking in these final six days, enjoying every moment, and trying not to ugly cry in public. 😭😭

The irony is not lost on me…

After deciding to close the store, I found out we’d been voted Best Specialty/Niche Shop of 2026. Since we’ll be closed before the magazine is released, the award won’t officially be honored.

And honestly? That’s okay.

Because the real award has always been the friendships, conversations, hugs, support, and community that filled these walls every single day.

This recognition is proof that what we built together mattered.

In my defense, I’ve been running a business, planning a closing sale, processing emotions, and clearly NOT counting. 😂

So after a slight countdown malfunction… we’re at 10 DAYS LEFT! 😭😭

Here are just a few things I’ve learned owning a store 😂🤪

* Customers will always apologize for “just looking.”
* Someone will ask if the sale applies to the one thing it doesn’t.
* Olive oil tastings can absolutely turn into therapy sessions.
* The quickest way to summon customers is to sit down for a break.
* Running a small business requires approximately 47 different job titles.

Wouldn’t change it for the world 🥲😂😭
