TEXAS IS TAKING OVER OLD TOWNE ORANGE!

Labor Day weekend, Bosscat Kitchen & Libations is going FULL Texas with its Bosscat Texas Takeover, September 4–7 during the Orange International Street Fair.

Think Prime Rib, T-Bones, NY Strip, Steakhouse Burgers, fully loaded baked potatoes, extra-cheesy mac, pecan-crusted bread pudding + Texas-inspired cocktails like the BC Sweet Tea and spicy Texan Lemonade.

They’re even transforming the restaurant into a Western roadhouse for the weekend — so yes, boots + Western wear are highly encouraged.

Sushi Roku Newport Beach JUST DROPPED NEW DISHES and Fashion Island is looking extra delicious.

Sushi Roku has added a fresh lineup to its celebrated menu, bringing even more of the bold flavors, beautiful presentation and contemporary Japanese style we love.

A few of the new dishes we’re already craving:

Tuna Tataki — onion, chives, garlic chips + mizore ponzu
Octopus Carpaccio — red yuzu kosho, lemon zest + yuzu chili ponzu
Salmon Hanabi — spicy salmon, crispy rice + serrano chili
Grilled Salmon — Yukon gold mashed potato, green apple, bok choy + citrus kumquat

And then there’s the new Roku Signature Style Sushi, served with seaweed so you can wrap each bite like a hand roll:

Salmon Belly — seared salmon belly, caviar + cilantro mayo
Truffle Crab — snow crab, avocado, truffle + champagne butter
A5 Wagyu — kizami wasabi, garlic chips + sesame soy

Sushi Roku has long been one of the pioneers of contemporary sushi, blending traditional Japanese technique with California ingredients and global flavors—and these new additions are a perfect example of why it continues to evolve.
