Week 6.3.26 Pizza:
DUGOUT.
- five spice olive oil, mozzarella, teriyaki beef + beef jerky, orange marmalade, goldfish, spiced sunflower seeds, + hug (the drink)
Because kid Brian liked the orange slices, sunflower seeds, jerky, and goldfish.

Brian's been thinking about putting this pizza together for a bit and it's finally ready. Honestly, it works! The goldfish + sunflower seeds give it a really cool texture, the orange marmalade is delicious, the teriyaki beef(s) are great. The whole thing is insane and I'm excited to have a pie where there's a conversation after the first bite and every bite after.
Ultimately, that's our goal. When you are tasting a beer you've never heard of or a wine that's new to you, or a wild insane pizza like this that you would never think would go together. We are here to do things outside the box and to be the space where we talk about it! Before the shop and kids, Derek and I would go to a brewery, split a beer and just talk about the flavors. It was some of my favorite moments bc we would talk about what it reminded us of from past experiences and it was just stinking cuteeee. So get in here bring your old uniform if you want, and get into this awesome pizza.
I'll bring my glove all week and if I'm free, I'll have a catch with you too. That sounds so nice. Or tell your friends to have a catch with you in front. Oh my gosh my literal dream. Pleaseeeeee.
Sorry for the chatter. This is just a cool one that reminds me of our intention behind the shop. And it's very cool. Great job Brian!! Tell your parents thanks for signing you up for that experience so you could be inspired to make this pizza.
