Is the best Indian food actually in the Netherlands? 🇳🇱🍛
During our trip to Rotterdam last year, we decided to try a random spot on our first night, and we ended up at a true hidden gem: Curry Heaven. From the outside, it might not look like the most impressive restaurant, but once you step inside, everything changes! The food, the staff, and the overwhelming friendliness of the people were simply beyond measure. ✨
We started with their Paneer Salad, and it looked exactly like the picture on the menu! It featured perfect pieces of yellow fried cheese tossed in their incredible house-made dressing. Honestly, if I had eaten nothing else that evening, this salad alone would have been enough. It is hands down one of the BEST salads I’ve ever had. 🥗
We also feasted on delicious shrimp dumplings and fresh naan bread. 🥟🫓 I’ve tried several Indian restaurants back in the United States, but none have even come close to this experience. We will certainly have to venture back to this part of the world before too long! 🌍✈️
