Just want to introduce myself, my meal a week came from the idea of wanting to help people spend more time with their family and not have to worry about cooking on their days off. We take orders during the week and start smoking the night before low and slow, all meals are put together late Saturday afternoon and stored in a warmer until picked up soon after. We strive to give you a meal that is just as hot as it was when it came off the smoker.
