The “hormone salad” everyone talks about 🥕
Raw carrot fiber helps your body clear excess estrogen through the gut.
I keep it simple and eat it daily.
Food can be powerful when you use it intentionally.
Recipe:
Ribbon your carrots, add 1-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1/2 tbps sesame seed oil, pinch of sea salt and everything but the bagel seasoning. Let sit a few minutes and enjoy.

We had to leave early for my husband’s surgery this morning, so Willie didn’t get breakfast until lunchtime… and he made sure we knew it.
If a pig’s nose isn’t ringed (Willie’s isn’t), they’ll root the ground looking for food. That snout is basically a built-in shovel.
Farm life doesn’t pause for busy days — and neither do hungry pigs. 🐷
Who else has animals that act like they’ve been starved after one late meal?
