! Do you struggle with hamstring flexibility? Check out the second half of this vid from :
With these 2 drills we are working on his rib position and breathing. This guy tends to over extend and rib flare through a lot of positions, so really trying to keep his ribs down to help with not only long term health, but with him being hyper-mobile we want to focus on stability to help him generate a little more power. The second drill, we’re working on more breathing techniques to help him get deeper into a hamstring range with out compensation at his spine at a standing position. A lot more smooth and much more aware.
