Ever wanted to operate own brewery and brewpub?
Newport Brewing Company and the Anchor Pod is looking for a new stratregic majority or non majority ownership partner to operate the facility and reopen before summer 2026. Our facility is ready to go and is also the only licensed food truck pod in Newport for up to 7 food trucks or other vendors?
We have majority and non majority options available.

If anybody is interested in purchasing Newport Brewing Company including all brewing equipment, trademarks, front of house equipment and kitchen equipment, we are open to selling it and letting somebody that wants to leaseback our building.

This is a ready to go business and facility. You could be open in a week if you wanted to.

With recent changes in the Newport area brewing businesses and recent closures, we would like to see if there is interest before selling everything separately and repurposing our building.

There are some great SBA programs available or if another brewery from out of area wants to come to Newport. The market has opened up with recent changes in the area.

It would be great to see it flourish again under new ownership and to see the Dungeness IPA live on.

It’s also a fully approved food truck pod with 7 spaces with full services which can provide income.

We are super excited for Gram’s food truck this Saturday and Sunday! Indian tacos and more! This is an awesome local family operated food truck that is not always available so get yours while you can! They will be open from 12-8pm this Saturday and Sunday.

By popular demand, we brought back our Fish & Chips, Fish Burger and the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich! Stop by and try them out! The beer is cold and we have a really nice whiskey collection going too! Cheers 🍻

Hi All- first day is done! Definitely some stuff to improve on but working the kinks out. Just a heads up that food trucks will be in and out until August and then they will finish out the summer season full time.

We are waiting on some other trucks finishing up events. Bristos Place just left to Toledo Summer Festival but will be back!
