Eden Ciders Tasting Bar will be open tomorrow 11/25 from 11am - 5 pm for all your Thanksgiving cider needs! We suggest trying the following cider based cocktail recipe:

Leafpeeper from Serious Eats

¾ oz. Vermont Gold Vodka
1 oz. Eden Vermont Ice Cider
¾ oz. Eden Brut Nature Sparkling Cider
½ tsp. maple syrup

1. Fill a martini glass with ice and water to chill. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka, ice cider and maple syrup. Stir to combine.
2. Empty the water and ice from the martini glass. Dip the martini glass in a shallow tray of ice cider. Shake off excess and then dip the glass in a shallow plate of cinnamon sugar to coat the rim.
3. Strain the contents of the shaker into the martini glass. Float the cider on top and add a cinnamon stick to garnish.
