Meet the owner:
Dawn Wilkens is a nationally certified Personal Trainer and ISSA certified Sports Nutritionist. For many years, Dawn has given back to her community by working closely with Aktion Club and the Kiwanis Club. Since 2008, Dawn has excelled as the personal chef for the Detroit Tigers and created Personal Choice Catering the same year to expand her skillset and share her love of food and philanthropy with the rest of the community. Dawn’s favorite styles of cooking include Southern, Southwestern, Italian, German, and homestyle. With 20 plus years of experience in the food industry working for fine dining restaurants, event facilities, conference centers and as a personal chef, Dawn can create anything your heart (and stomach) desires of exceptional quality!
