Tomorrow, John will be speaking at the Local Food Producers' Workshop in Hays (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.). Whether you're a producer or consumer, this is sure to be a fascinating event! The workshop is being put on by K-State Research & Extension, and John's talk is on producing and marketing 100% grass-fed beef. The cost is $20 ($25 at the door) and includes a local lunch!
