As summer draws to a close, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to you for being a part of the Rockywood Farm community. Your enthusiasm for our delicious organic berries has made this season truly special. From luscious black raspberries to sweet blueberries, each berry is carefully grown in our certified organic field in historic Newton.

We’re passionate about providing you with nutritious, flavorful berries that not only delight your palate but also nourish your body.

✨ELDERBERRY WORKSHOP✨

Elderberry has long been revered for its healthful properties. It contains a variety of vitamins, trace elements and minerals. Some claim it supports the immune system and reduces flu symptoms and inflammation.
Elderberry should be cooked and not eaten raw.

We will be having free elderberry workshops at the farm to demonstrate how to process elderberries to create syrup, tonic, jam and gummies.

Workshop dates: (weather permitting)
Thursday Aug 14 @ 3 pm
Thursday Aug 21 @ 1 pm
Saturday Aug 23 @ 9 am

The event is free, however a reservation is required as space is limited. Call/text 860-961-2231 for a reservation.
The workshop will take place on the patio of the yellow barn. Parking is available in the grassy area.

Fire Garlic and Farm Garlic are now available.
The cooler night weather has been advantageous for the red raspberries…they are still producing.

Sadly the black and purple raspberries are done for the season and we have sold all of our frozen black raspberries. The black raspberries are definitely a fan favorite.

We have 6 varieties of blueberries available for picking which includes the pink lemonades.

OPEN Thursday and Saturday 8 to 2.
If you stop by the farm be sure to say goodbye to Lewis as this is his last week before heading back to Florida to start his Senior year. He will be greatly missed.
