Cache Valley Harvest Cache Valley Harvest is a local, fresh produce farm. We sell delicious food that grows above and below the dirt!

A couple years ago, a friend and I started talking about starting our own gardening service, but nothing happened for a while. Then in April 2017, we got together and I asked him, "What if we did it right now?". We started meeting more often and withing a couple weeks we had a plot chosen and our first crop planted. We've gone uphill from there, and we hope to go even further.

Bring on the cold with space heaters, heat mats, and the new grow light! This season is going to be bigger and better than last! We’ve got tomato and pepper starts coming along great. And that’s just the start, here is what we have planned to grow this year:
Tomatoes (brandy wine, roma, Cherry, and celebrity), peppers (2 bell, ceyanne, and jelapeno), lettuce, snap peas, carrots, spinach, corn, cucumbers (or beets, still up in the air), onions, broccoli, and asparagus (hopefully it’s ready this year).

Hey everyone! We are officially setting up a canopy and tables to sell our produce. This week we will have corn and broccoli! We will be at our location on 61 west Main Street, Newton on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 4-7 pm. Hey everyone! Our broccoli heads are maturing daily and I just picked some today! In the next week or so I should be cutting heads daily to sell, so come on over to 61 west Main Street, Newton UT. We'll have signs. We'll let you know what day we will start setting up our tables. And our corn and cucumbers are just around the corner!

Last week we thought we lost about 2/3rds of our tomatoes because someone forgot to water them, but the good news is that we nursed (some of) them back to health! We won't have as many as we would have hoped, but we will have both Roma and cherry tomatoes for sale!
