Planning for future overnight stays for horses and riders for trail ride trips . approx 1/2 mile from Paulinskill Valley Trail. We have been in full Maple Syrup production with a new Lapierre Evaporator since 2016. Syrup is for sale.

Our Story

We have 12 acres of forest and farm. Outdoor riding ring 4 stall horse barn (stalls currently being renovated ) two large pastures one with run in sheds. Planning for future overnight stays for horses and riders for trail ride trips . approx. 1/2 mile from Paulinskill Valley Trail. We have been making award winning Maple Syrup since 2015. Our current level of production includes 350+ taps, a Lapierre Evaporator and bottler in our sugar house. We have been in full production since 2016. Syrup is for sale here at the farm and at local business establishments.

We also have local award winning honey produced by 7 hives on site that are carefully tended to year round.
