In many cases, you can stock your freezer with premium cuts while paying a price that is competitive with what you may pay for hamburger at the grocery store!

Maxwell Custom Beef offers an extended hanging time, helping provide a quality product. Beef is typically ready for pickup approximately 3–4 weeks after the harvest/processing date.

Last year was our first year taking our beef to Maxwell Custom Beef, and we were extremely pleased with the results. We've also heard outstanding feedback from previous beef customers!

We don’t give these guys a huge spotlight, but they are just as important to our operation and keeping us covered in the pasture. Though we are big believers in heavy Ai and ET programs our herd bulls play a bigger picture in covering the bases to the success of our program.

Sometimes we have to stop and grab a picture of these guys. No professional pictures, just solid bulls in their working clothes.

After a trip home from delivering bulls and attending/ supporting Junior Black Hereford members at the 10th annual Junior Nationals, it was time to get back out and check through the pastures after some rough weather while we were away. It’s always good to get to see the herd bulls in action! This guy is arguably the favorite herd bull on the farm.
