๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฆ๐ถ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ has been immersed in the dairy industry his entire life, growing up on his familyโs renowned operation, Siemers Holsteins, in Newton, Wisconsin. The Siemers prefix is synonymous with elite, homebred Holstein genetics, and Jordan has played a pivotal role in that legacy. Over the past decade, he has served as the genomic and genetic manager for the herd, developing top-tier sires and successfully marketing embryos to a global clientele. His efforts in the showring have been equally impressive, earning multiple Junior All-American and All-American honors.
Siemers Holsteins was named the 2025 National Dairy Shrine Distinguished Cattle Breeder and the 2024 Holstein Association USA Elite Breeder. The herd currently boasts a Rolling Herd Average of nearly 15,400 litres, with 4.39% butterfat and 3.13% protein, and recently transitioned into state-of-the-art facilities, including a 110-cow rotary parlor. The breeding program has produced over 1,500 excellent cows, including 75 scoring EX-94 or higher, and five homebred EX-95-point cows. In 2023, the Siemers family expanded into the Brown Swiss breed, purchasing Jenlar Rasta Westlynn ETV, who went on to be named Junior Champion at World Dairy Expo in consecutive years.
A graduate of Cornell University, Jordan now works as a Holstein Sire Analyst for Select Sires, overseeing a territory that spans 28 U.S. states and the Eastern half of Canada. He and his wife Cady reside in Newton, WI.
