NEWTON 🖤❤️
We can’t say thank you enough for all the support you have shown us through these stressful times ! We have had so many people step forward to offer us support in so many ways, and we are excited to say that we have found a location we can call home! While we will have a short lapse, it won’t be long and we hope you will follow us! Now we can use help clearing out inventory 😜🍻🍺 On to bigger and better things!

🚨 NEWTON, IOWA… WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🚨

This is a post we never thought we’d have to make.

After an incredibly successful year building 2nd Ave Social, we recently learned that our lease at Gray Moon will not be renewed.

We are absolutely crushed.

We have poured our hearts, souls, time, money, ideas, and countless hours into creating 2nd Ave Social. When we started this journey, we believed we had found a place where small businesses could grow and succeed. We truly thought we had a future here, especially with an option to renew our lease.

Unfortunately, things changed very quickly, and we now have roughly 30 days to find a new home for 2nd Ave Social.

That’s not much time—but we’re not giving up. ❤️

We are currently scrambling to find a location in Newton that can accommodate our bar and everything we have worked so hard to build. If you know of a space, property owner, building, or opportunity that might be a good fit, PLEASE reach out to us!

And in the meantime, we need our community more than ever.

🍹 Come have a cocktail.
🥤 Grab a dirty soda.
🍻 Bring your friends.
❤️ Stop in and show your support.

Please come visit us often over the next couple of weeks. Every drink, every visit, every share, and every word of encouragement helps us as we figure out what comes next.

2nd Ave Social isn’t a building. It’s our people, our customers, our staff, and this incredible community.

We have no intention of letting this be the end of our story.

Newton, help us find our next home. 🫶🏼

Please SHARE this post and help us get the word out!

❤️ 2nd Ave Social

What a fun event at Country View Barn! We love partnering with them for weddings as their bartenders. They can host small events or larger events! The property is absolutely stunning!
