One of our favorite summer salads - Spinach Strawberry Burrata Salad.

Simple and delicious. Easy to make for 1 or many more.

Lunch size

1 cup triple wash baby spinach leaves
3 ripe juicy strawberries washed and sliced
1 burrata (we used buffalo burrata which was lactose free)
Tubby Olive Fig Balsamic

1 salad plate and salad fork

Place the spinach on the plate, then layer the strawberries over top. Pull the burrata apart into bite size pieces and finish with a pour of our Fig Balsamic

Appetizer or family style size

1 bag of triple wash baby spinach leaves
7-8 ripe juicy strawberries washed and sliced
3 burrata (we used buffalo burrata which was lactose free)
Tubby Olive Fig Balsamic

1 medium to large serving plate with salad servers and 4-6 smaller salad plates with forks.

Place the spinach on the plate, then layer the strawberries over top. Pull the burrata apart into bite size pieces and distribute over top of the strawberries and spinach. Finish with a pour of our Fig Balsamic over top and serve.
