I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother’s Day! We had a visit from one of my girls that was here when Rudy was born. Welcome back Maggie “Mag pie”. Happy first Mother’s Day! Rudy loves the attention and meeting the children of the children he helped to bring up!

Really! But I’m counting it. May we have the rest in these nuisance storms
10 or 12 down l!
I’m hoping this is 12.
The Old wives tale says the number of storms is first storm date that you can see a cats paw prints!! That was December 14th.
Time will tell if the ice and wind storms count… good luck all the end of winter can not come fast enough here. And may it soon be just a memory!

It was an extremely long farm day today. Horses can finally get back out and we are cleaned up from this “way too much snow event!”
I want to thank Ed’s landscaping for coming through to open up the driveway so I could get to cleanup with 6.5 hours on my skid steer.
Thank you to the Hall Family for showing up when we really needed you, I would still be in the barn now if it weren’t for your help today. Thank you (Brookfield Over Head doors) for coming right out to put the door I popped off the track back on!!!! It says a lot for a product you stand by after over 40 years! Thank you Anthony Mason and Anthony (custom gutters) and crew for clearing the roof and looking for the cause of the leak into the barn bathroom! And thanks in advance to Chad (New England Restoration). I know your crew will repair it as if it never happened.
Looking forward to a new day!
I hope everyone is safe and sound.
Thank you to everyone that made this day a little brighter!
