Our children and mother nature are the inspiration behind Fruple....that, along with our passion for the sweet simplicity of real maple syrup (thank you Mother Nature!). In our family, real maple syrup is a condiment. Chicken nuggets are dipped in it instead of ketchup, and it is substituted for other sugars in almost everything we make or bake. Encourage your kids to explore, and yes, even to pla

y with their food! Give them some healthy, whole, fresh, nutritious foods, and let them play and create with it! Teach them how to make ants on a log with a celery stick, a little peanut butter, and some raisins. Let them use maple butter on their toast instead of butter & jam, or on their corn on the cob. Let them dip some whole wheat pretzels in a cup of organic yogurt for a snack...and by all means, let them have a cup of Fruple Ice for dessert or for a treat! If they think it's fun, they'll forget it's healthy!
