After many long hours of work, our final health department inspection has been booked for next Friday! Once we have their approval, we will be ready to open!

Looking forward to the new shop right here in Tumbleton!

Okay y’all! it’s time to let the cat out of the bag! we will be expanding greatly from our roadside market last year by opening Shelley’s Station in tumbleton!!!! Hotdogs, corn dogs, Blt’s and more on the menu! Farm fresh produce under the pavilion out front from Coyote Holler Farms and and selling all grass fed beef from our good friends at Casablanca Ranch!! We are not open yet but working diligently to be open by early spring! We would like to say thank you all for so much support and ask for you all to please share and help us start getting the word out to everyone.

The boys were showing off the other day. We also got to enjoy a beautiful rainbow; so thankful for God’s promises and beauty He lets us enjoy every day!

We FINALLY got a couple spots on the schedule to take some cows to the processor! We will have all cuts of meat PLUS halves ($5.25/lb) and quarters ($5.50/lb) available (meat cut to order). Halves/Quarters based on hanging weight, approximately 500 pounds this trip and will yield about 315 pounds of meat. Individual cut prices below. Let us know if you have any questions!

Our grass-fed beef is very lean and healthy! So glad to have another satisfied customer! Our beef is now available at 4 Seasons MarketPlace!

This was shared by one of our customers who purchased the Casablanca ground beef ...the meat had little or grease in it ... thank you Kelli Free perfect food for cold weather !
