Wednesday, full store day! Picked up our steer today. He was a small one, but he marbled beautifully.

We have all the steaks, burgers, ground beef, chicken, and pork chops for your Father's Day celebration. Mayhaps dad would like a brisket for Father's Day. We have fresh and frozen briskets. So rich, buttery and delicious.

Well...once again it's Wednesday, and we are fully stocked. We have some fresh Heritage Pork Bone-In Pork Chops, ground pork, loose sausage, baby back ribs and pork belly! We also have some fresh angus steaks. As always we are fully stocked on Wagyu steaks, ground beef and hamburger patties. So while the temperatures are warming up, make sure you have everything for the grill. We also have sauces, salts, pastas, rubs, marinades, hot sauce, bbq sauce, cheeses, pierogies, and crab cakes. Was getting tired of the same old, same old, so I made some baked ziti using Eleven Oaks Farms Ground Wagyu, Stello Foods Pasta and Stello Foods Pasta Sauce. This was a delicious meal for a Sunday. loaded with flavor from the Wagyu and the sauce. I was ready for a nap. And, Stello Foods Pasta is some of the best pasta around. Doesn't get mushy or starchy.
