Guess who's back!!
As many of you know, I've been hard at work in my expanded business Dudley Catering Company , and although I still do lots of charcuterie, I haven't had time to post much from this page (or to host classes anymore)
I've had an uptick of people asking if I would ever host classes again, and since it is something I truly love doing, I've decided its time to get together with my charcuterie friends once again! This is my first class in over TWO years and I can't wait to get cheesy with you all!
Each ticket includes all ingredients, tools, and instructions to make your own charcuterie board (disposable bamboo tray), a box to take your board home with you, a cheese sampling, and fun of course!

Elks members receive $5 off tickets, must be purchased in person at the lodge to receive the discount.
Additional food will be available for purchase from Dudley Catering Company and alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased at Elks 346. No outside food or drink permitted. Each attendee must purchase a ticket. Only guests who have purchased tickets will be allowed into the class area.
