Thanks to my mom, my kitchen smells like fresh apples and cinnamon!!! (I LOVE FALL🍁) It doesn’t look like much just a streusel topping but that’s covering a shortbread crust and apples covered in fall spices. Top it off with the homemade salted caramel!!

To all my wonderful followers, many of you know but for those that don’t I have been MIA for far too long. I was diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time after 7 years in remission. I am going to be fine my scans came back clean and it’s not in the lymph nodes. I had a bilateral mastectomy 7 years ago, and I had a 2% chance of recurrence. I will be undergoing chemotherapy starting next Friday and continuing for 12 weeks, followed by radiation for 24 rounds (I already had my lumpectomy). I have still been baking when able so here are some pics that I never got around to posting

These are the pretzel boxes I am doing for the Super Bowl!! Three regular salted, three cinnamon sugar, two pizza, and ten pretzel nuggets. Not pictured but comes with pretzel mustard and marinara sauce. $20 a box will be delivered early afternoon of super bowl Sunday (also available Saturday).

Watching my beloved Steelers (hopefully win) in the playoff, I wanted to mention this week I will be unveiling a special pretzel Super Bowl box. Containing 3 plain pretzel twists, 3 cinnamon pretzel twists, 2 pizza pretzel twists, and a small container of pretzel bites, with dipping sauces. Stay tuned for photos this week!!!!!

Not to pick favorites but by far my new favorite cookie!! I had to take this picture as they are getting ate faster then I can make them. Pictures not much but it’s a vanilla toffee cookie, that has heath bar pieces in it. It’s a soft cookie but packed with flavor.
