Harper had the honor of talking to Missouri's Lieutenant Governor Mike Kehoe this morning about her heifer Honey Boo Boo. Harper is a recipient of the Missouri State Fair First Year Showman Scholarship and is Championed by Mr. and Mrs. Kehoe.
