Lettuce Talk. Just wanting to let everyone know that our lettuce is in sort supply this week. We will have some but the bulk will be going to our CSA members. Due to a few unexpected circumstances both good and not, we have been flying through the lettuce. We’ve experienced a significant increase in interest in local lettuce this summer for some reason 🤔, the extra hot summer (not lettuce’s favorite) has been rough on some of the crop and this last week we have been discovered by a local crew of deer who enjoy a nice night time buffet! We’re still planting like crazy and have plenty of lettuce in the horizon- just a little lacking right now. Sorry to all the lettuce lovers, but we will have plenty of other high summer crops at our farm stand and the farmers market! Thanks for understanding.
