It is officially Spring! The Ducks and Geese are laying!
The dark eggs are from our Cayuga Ducks.
I will have Duck Eggs for sale at the Otsiningo Park Farmers Market this Saturday!

Great explanation. We won't have Turkeys this year but try Wild Rose Farm or Park Hill Poultry for your Holiday Bird. We do have some Delish Ducks that are bi g enough to feed a group.

Last Market day for FRESH Duck! We will have both Gourmet Muscovy Duck and Heritage Duck available.
There are whole ducks and Duck breast, legs and livers as well.
Think Duck for your next get together or for a special Holiday meal. We have some larger Ducks that will feed many people.

Exciting News!
Our Duck is finally ready! We processed them yesterday and they are gorgeous! There will be whole Ducks as well as Duck Breast, Legs and other parts like bones for soup making. They are Muscovy Ducks so they may be leaner than other Duck you may have tried.

Looking forward to Otsiningo Park Farmers Market tomorrow. Looks to be another great sunny day and we will be well stocked with Chickens and Chicken parts and our Guineas. But show up early for eggs!

Our coolers are packed to go to Otsiningo Park Farmers Market this morning. We will have whole gourmet chicken, chicken breast and legs, game Hens and NEW for this week are Guinea. See my earlier posy for a pic of one roasted up. Try something new! Guineas are more juicy and tasty with finer meat!
