Miracle Saturday Everyone!

Today was a miracle day for me! Over and Over!

I was inside dozing with a football game on and messaging with a friend.
The rains were pouring down and hitting against all windows and we even had thunder and hail!

I do not know what God has planned for me but I felt like he was whispering not today my child, not today!

You see this is exactly where I work daily on your iris orders!!! Had myself or my 2 doggies been there most likely it would have killed me!

Good morning and happy Friday to all of you!  Looking back on just one year ago I am in such a better place now!♥️♥️♥️ How I found the strength to get from last year I will never know.  Never mind I do know. from the strength of God and from  the encouraging words from all of you!  What truly doesn’t kill you makes you stronger!!! Thank you to all of you for your reminders to me that many of you had been in the same situation at one time or another. Divorce is not fun and I would not wish it on anyone.

Good Morning!
I am where I am because of all of you and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued love and support!

Just 2 years ago today I woke up and got the call that Yes I did have breast cancer! It is a day that will be literally life changing. So many of you reached out to me and so many of you shared your stories of your own personal journey as you also had heard those same words. I was not going to let it shape me as so many of you reminded me how strong I really am. Hopefully next year I will have another milestone behind me, and a new life in front of me.

Thank you to each and everyone of you that have supported the GoFundMe for me to obtain an attorney. Only moving forward and never looking back. I keep saying okay God, that is enough of strength testing😉

This iris is to remind all of us to always try and find our JOYS in life. This is Burst Of Joy.

Good evening/morning to some of you!

 I had a wonderful work day today and a wonderful surprise as I was looking for Iris. This Iris is right at the front of the row you can see how dry everything is around it but this Iris was blooming its heart out.  This Iris is again and again.
 There were two cucumber beetles, and I was able to get one so he won’t come back and eat the flower the other one got away. It will be interesting to see what is out there tomorrow.

 Some of you have reached out to me and I am sorry I am not ignoring you. I am just dog tired today and I am trying to stay awake while I watch the Dolly Parton special.

 I will get back to answering all of you when I am more awake.

Good Morning to all of you!
Yes! Another Iris in honor of Pink October!  a month that has been put aside to remind people everywhere to have their breast exams!

 This Iris is absolutely incredible. I think it’s perfect. In every way now I can’t wait to see how much I will have of it because I’m not sure right now. I have it planted in at least two different places so I am very hopeful.

I had a wonderful work day today! 
I am still digging Iris for those of you that have said yes that you can still take them now. Thank you for that and thank you for keeping the communication line open.

 I did something yesterday that I am not proud of, but because I am honest, I am going to tell you about it. I had an Iris Customer that told me she was so disappointed in her Iris order. I said I am so very sorry. She proceeded to tell me that it was only half of her order and I was telling her no look in the box because I know I sent those or I said I know I dug those whichever they were. I knew I touched those iris and I have a weird memory like that sometimes and lo and behold I went outside with the doggie and I looked at a black pot and I saw some Iris in them. Well, you can guess the rest of the story and yes, I contacted her and apologized and was totally embarrassed and totally humiliated. I like to think of myself as better than that and not making mistakes like that, but I guess we’re all human and they showed me yep, you sure are! So today I dug a few more Iris for her just because I was so embarrassed and felt so bad.  Sorry for mistakes that I will make along the way.

 Taking a quick iced tea break when this photo came up when I was looking for something else.

A photo came up in my memories 2025 October 15th and I thought wait a minute has that already been a year it has been. I was trying to burn a small, very small little pile of berries on green grass on a burn day after a few days ago of rain.  I was talking to my lifelong friend from California and I was standing there watching the fire and all of a sudden it started crawling, and I said oh my goodness this fire is moving, and it had caught some dry grass underneath the green grass on fire and moved it did in all directions. I told her I had to go. I had to call 911.  The fire department is right down the road, but when I said, I am right across from the greenhouse they were looking for a nursery type greenhouse not a house that is green.  Needless to say they saved my home and they are rewarded with treats that I pick up for them at Costco when money allows they say oh no no and I said yes you will never know what you saved me!  I did everything right except my hose was tangled. I fell in the blackberries and it was a very, very long nasty smelly day.  But the night ended with so much gratitude to the people that called themselves firefighters. The first photo is part of my Iris.  The Iris are actually coming back.

Good morning everyone! It is a cool morning here and I keep the bedroom cool like they say you should do and then it makes me not want to crawl out of bed!  Not even for coffee and I can’t believe I said that!🤪

This beautiful iris is called Company of One.  I am not sure that I will have any for sale, but I wanted to showcase it anyway.  it is a great grower for me, but it also is extremely popular and I always oversold it so I need to let it grow back. I haven’t checked it this year to see how it is doing. The hybridizer has long passed, and Larry Lauer used to introduce her Iris. The hybridizer’s name is Joyce Ragle , a very fine person from our Sacramento club in California.
