Couldn’t wait to share this , so here’s a pic of what we will bring into the Rotation at Downtown Saint Paul Farmers Market. !!! Thanks to Jessica and the Rodning Corn Maidens of Rodning Heirloom Farms we sourced A beautiful Green Oaxaca Corn and a beautiful Mn 13 heirloom corn , there is still more to come about this and we will post later this week but can’t wait to get this corn into our rotation !!!!!!!

Some sun(flowers) and gorgeous Oaxacan corn for you on this overcast day!

We hand-pick the Oaxacan corn after the first or second frost; it’s dried, and then it’s ready for artisan tortillas. Yum.

Ushering in Fall with a wagon full of pumpkins that were harvested with the help of eager little hands. These are pumpkins, gourds, and squash that we planted in the fields between the corn. We’re ready for you, Fall!

The morning sun greeting freshly made sweet corn ice cream and hot coffee. Breakfast of champions...or maybe just of corn farmers?

Fall is settling in pretty quickly, but it’s still summer here with this treat inspired entirely by the sexy sweet corn ice cream recently made with our corn. We just had to try it ourselves. And wow, that corn sure does shine in this creamy treat! (Toot tooting our own horns a bit 😉) Check out for the sweet recipe!

Once upon a time, it was acceptable to hold parties of more than 50 people. 😏

Throwing it back to one of those times last summer when we teamed up with chef Chris Nye, along with , , and .
