$200 for a half
$380 for a whole
You pay processing.

We are not able to use our normal butcher as they are booked. Butcher will be Class A Cuts out of edwardsburg, Michigan.

Here are their fees.
Slaughter fee $65
Processing fee .65 per lb
Cure/ Smoke fee is $1 per lb.
