Located in the San Luis Obispo County, Quinta del Mar is a family-owned Pinot Noir vineyard offering single-vineyard wine. The vineyard consists of Dijon clones 115 and 777 on 20 acres of South sloping ground at the base of the Nipomo hills. Positioned only 7 miles from the Pacific Ocean, the vineyard enjoys a significant marine influence with fog in the mornings and sunny afternoons, with mean te

mperatures in the mid 70's in the summer and mid 50's at night. In the winter, weather conditions are mild with higher winds in the spring. All these elements, combined with the family's dedication to sustainable farming practices, result in a superior vintage with cherry-red plum colors, flavors of black and red fruits, smooth tannins and a distinct earthiness with silky, luscious textures.
