We recently received a message asking about Gull Dam Brewing. The company no longer owns the original property by which it opened 10 years ago. However, technically speaking, the company continues as a registered business entity, has maintained its trademark(s), intellectual property and beer recipes.

GULL DAM UPDATE.

It has been one week since the initial news release was announced regarding Mark & Barb's retirement from Gull Dam Brewing. Shortly after, the media's narrative gave the perception the brewery is closing permanently, which is not accurate.
To be fair to loyal Gull Dam fans, Gull Dam Brewing is only closing under Barb & Mark's ownership. They have offered the business for sale. Many highly interested and qualified parties serious about acquiring the business and brand name have come forth. Upon completion of sale, Gull Dam Brewing as a company will likely continue onward.
"I need a Gull Dam beer!"

This is my then 90 year old Dad and his 95 year old girl friend, they drove up from the twin cities to Gull Dam. Fast forward three years, Dad is in a nursing home, but when he found out we were selling the brewery, he told me he wanted to buy it!!!
