10 - One cup a day is never enough and I know exactly how I like my coffee

We have something for you no matter which end of the scale you fall on. For the 1-5’s, you could simply order a 12oz bag of coffee with your choice of whole bean or ground to your preferred method! For the more avid coffee drinker, we offer a 5lbs bag of coffee. This saves $ on shipping, saves trips to the grocery store, and you can enjoy your coffee fot longer without worrying that you’re almost out.

PSA 🚨 Our latest roast is still available - if you haven’t tried it yet, you are going to want to ☕️

Did you know, this particular Burundi comes from the Heza Washing Station located in a remote part of Burundi? Heza is primarily surrounded by coffee farmers and in the local language of Kirundi, it means “beautiful place.”

Built by Long MIles in 2014, Heza is the second washing station under their banner.

This washed coffee is first dry fermented for around twelve hours and then wet fermented using fresh natural spring water for up to twenty-four hours. From there the coffee is rinsed and then dried on raised beds. During the drying period, a rigorous process of removing defective beans occurs multiple times over the twenty-day period as it slowly dries to the moisture of 10.5%.

This coffee has definitely earned its place in the coffee-lovers home!

One morning you wake up and want something different for your morning brew

You walk to the kitchen or coffee bar and there it is. A small, odd looking coffee bean known as a Peaberry.

This particular bean mutation is odd, and looks weird, but you are interested. It looks like a small football, not like a regular bean. You grind, brew, and pour. Instantly you end up on your back, on the ground! You’ve just been Body Slammed by flavor town.

Commonly overlooked brewing tips: your water MATTERS.

If you’re not totally happy with your at home brew, the water you use should be the first thing you look at. Are you using old water that has set out, warm or hot tap water, or unfiltered water?

+ If tap is your only option, use cold tap water not hot tap water.
+ Invest in a water filter!
+ Test out various water sources, see what you like best!
