Tonight I threw together some homemade tostadas with the hot salsa! I pan fried locally made corn tortillas I find at Meijer. Sprinkled with a little salt and Spanglish All purpose seasoning. I added a thin layer of Seasoned ground beef and cheddar and heated to melt the cheese. Topped with , a drizzle of ranch and jalapeño slices

Believe it or not, we aren’t salsa 24/7 here. We had some CM Chicken Fishers tenders leftover (perfect for the air fryer).

I decided to go with a little deconstructed KFC bowl with mashed potatoes, corn, gravy and fried sweet onions.

Light on prep, heavy on flavor!

If you are near Noblesville or don’t mind a drive, I have a few of each flavor available. Message me for info on order, payment and pickup. First come first serve.
