The annual WIN Leadership Luncheon was held today at Mustard Seed Gardens, where we proudly celebrated the 5th Woman of Impact Award winner and honored the newest addition to an incredible legacy of women making a difference in our community.

We were honored to celebrate this year's Woman of Impact, Jennifer Wiese of BeeFree Gluten Free!

Jennifer’s bold leadership, commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for individuals who often face barriers to employment, and belief in business as a platform for dignity, purpose, and community impact have made a lasting difference in Noblesville and beyond. Her vision, compassion, and dedication truly embody what it means to be a Woman of Impact.

The Woman of Impact Award recognizes a woman who lives or works in Noblesville and is making a positive impact in our community through stewardship, service, leadership, and compassion for others.

These four faces inspired everything. What started as a mom's search for better snacks for her family grew into a family business, each of our Warrior Snacks named after the boys who helped shape the journey.

Twenty years later, they've grown up—but the mission hasn't changed. We're still passionate about creating delicious gluten-free snacks that bring people together and help create meaningful jobs for adults with autism and other disabilities.
