Happy Blue Moon Day! Tonight's full moon is the second within a calendar month. A rare occurrence by this definition, and others as well - all types are explained in this article of the Farmers' Almanac. https://www.farmersalmanac.com/blue-moon The moon will rise on the southeastern horizon just before 10:00pm EDT. It will be "full" (fully illuminated) at 4:45 am. Because it is at apogee, the farthest point from Earth in its orbit, this "micromoon" will appear smaller and dimmer than average. Although it won't actually be blue, it's still worth a glance before you turn in!

It's Peony Day but the festival in downtown Noblesville has been postponed to tomorrow (Sunday May 17th) due to rain. Just sharing this solitary bloom of ours today, the first and only of new transplants from 3 years ago! Brian is celebrating the 50th reunion of the Noblesville High School Class of 1976 this month! We would like to extend a special invitation to classmates and any guests for the afternoon excursion at the winery on Saturday, April 25th. Come enjoy a casual and quiet opportunity to relax and visit. Try out some wines from our onsite vineyard. Bring your own picnic and non-alcoholic beverages if you like. Complimentary soft drinks and snacks provided. 11:00am - 2:00pm. No reservations needed.

The winery will maintain normal public hours from 1:00pm to 7:00pm on that day.

No, not an April Fool's joke! After months of trying, today is the day. NASA is already streaming a live broadcast that will show the launch of Artemis 2 scheduled for 6:34 pm EDT. Watch on YouTube:

Monday, March 2nd - 6-8pm
Join us for this fun hands-on experience as you learn the basics of creating a beautiful and long-lasting cut flower arrangement. Your experienced teachers represent "Gillespie Florist" and "Rooting for You" Flower Farm. You will be provided with a wide selection of flowers and a vase to create one "take home" bouquet. Each student's bouquet will be unique and fabulous!

CHARCUTERIE BOARD DESIGN
There's still time to sign up for Monday's class, February 16th. As part of our series, we'll look specifically at this newest trend in food for social gathering. Learn many "tricks of the trade" including board selection, food safety, and creating a manageable design. We will address many food possibilities for color, texture, proteins, slow & fast carbs.
