It's officially canning season! Another great use for our lard is to oil up the seals on your pressure canner in between uses! Lard is also great for baking, frying, and seasoning cast iron! It is a great oil substitute for flakier pie crusts and fudge-ier brownies! It's high smoke point is also why it makes fried food extra crispy! This stuff also lasts FOREVER in the fridge and is a great staple to have on hand! Our grandma also used to use this for her skincare! We currently have 4 # tubs in stock for $18!
