Attention Penny Oaks Competitors:
Barn Yard Sale at Penny Oaks Horse Trials! Do you want to help improve the footing in the warmup arena at the Hoosier Horse Park!!????? Here is your chance!!! There will be a Barn Yard Sale at Penny Oaks and proceeds will go to the footing cause.
There are several ways to help……..1) SHOP!!! (We’re eventers – easy peasy) 2) DONATE horse and farm related items to the sale (be real....you know you will never put that old blanket on EBay) Please bring items to the stall which will be announced closer to show date. 3) CONSIGN items with a ticket price of over $100.00 4) VOLUNTEER to help work the sale.
We would prefer outright donations please. However we will be consigning items with a ticket price of over $100.00. 70% will go to the seller and 30% will be a donation to the Arena Fund.
All donated items that remain unsold at end of the sale will considered a donation to the arena fund and will be sold at future fundraisers such as a Silent Auction. All unsold consigned items must be picked up by 11am Sunday, July 21st or they too will be considered donations to the arena fund.
