Last weekend, we celebrated a very special couple 💖💍
We worked together to create a menu that reflected their family heritage and roots, so our chefs produced some Pakistani inspired dishes, adding a nice blend of Pakistani and American cuisine to the buffet. This is one of our biggest goals as caterers: Creating food that portrays a little bit of each couple’s story, so it can be shared with all the guests ✨

Another special highlight of this magical evening? A fun and colorful mocktail bar full of garnishes and seasonal flavors!

We are still remiscing about this whimsical bridal shower 🦋🌸
A couple of years ago, this client came to us with a specific theme in mind: She wanted a fairy garden inspired tea party!
Our proposed menu consisted of passed and stationary appetizers (including tea sandwiches, of course!), colorful sweet bites, and a small cake. Fresh flowers were key to adding pink tones to the plates, and the client chose the perfect glasses, napkins and tablecloths from our list of rental options provided by our rental partner, . Plus, there were cute little edible butterfly figures scattered over the plates! Tea and coffee were also provided, and we used white china with pink flower patterns to match the aesthetics of the event.
When it came to decorations, we worked together with amazing vendors that contributed their creativity and wonderful services to the project. All the stationary food items were set in beautiful vintage furniture provided by , accompanied by big and gorgeous flower arrangements provided by . The result? A magical evening ✨
Lastly, the venue itself gave out whimsical vibes that totally matched the event's theme. The Atrium at was the best place for this unforgettable bridal shower. However, no magical memories would be fully remembered without an amazing photographer:

Did you know the story behind our BBQ pulled pork empanadas? 🥟🦊
Since we started our catering business, empanadas have always been a customer favorite. The flavors that we offer are inspired by traditional Argentine fillings. However, in 2023, when the 4th of July was approaching, our team had a meeting to plan a limited-edition special for the occasion. We thought it would be a great idea to create something that blended Argentine and American food cultures, and that is how the BBQ pulled pork empanada was born!
The BBQ empanadas became a new favorite instantly! We ended up making many more than we had initially planned because they were selling out by the end of the day. Independence Day passed and we were happy to see how everyone loved that year’s special. And that’s exactly what it was supposed to be: A limited-edition empanada for the holiday. The problem? Customers kept asking about them afterwards, and we had to explain that they were not available anymore. But months passed and customers kept asking about them... A LOT. Some called, some insisted, some even begged! 😂 So… we had to listen!
We decided to make the BBQ pulled pork empanada a permanent part of our menu, and ever since then, it has been available at our storefront as our 7th empanada flavor.
After all… the customer is always right! ❤️

Last weekend, we celebrated T&M's wedding at Great Marsh and they wanted to have a brunch menu for their special day (which we loved!)
We believe the secret for a good brunch is having a good mix of savories & sweets, so we worked together with T&M to create the best menu for their big day, one that would reflect their favorite brunch items ☕❤️
The result? A large buffet table that featured empanadas, quiche, italian roasted garlic & parmesan potatoes, scones, muffins, and fresh fruit. A wonderful variety of treats for guests to enjoy after being welcomed with refreshing preceremony drinks and a coffee & tea station!

Empanadas are delicious pockets of golden layered dough filled with a variety of savory ingredients, and they are a big part of Argentine cuisine. Since we started our business in the U.S. almost 14 years ago, empanadas have always been a staple in our kitchen and a favorite among our customers. But what makes our empanadas stand out?
🥟Fresh ingredients: We always use fresh ingredients, giving our products a distinctive flavor and reflecting the homemade process behind everything we make
🥟Made from scratch: Everything at our kitchen starts with a cherished family recipe and a step-by-step process that requires patience, craftsmanship and love
🥟Lots of filling: A generous filling means more flavor in every bite! As you can see in the picture, we want all the ingredients to be savored and appreciated
🥟Good for every occasion: We offer two different sizes of empanadas, cocktail size and regular size. Cocktail size empanadas work perfectly as appetizers, while regular size empanadas can be a great option for the main course. We currently have seven different flavors, so this variety makes it easier to please every crowd

Last Friday we helped JR Real Estate celebrate their 10 year anniversary at Sweeney Barn! 🎉
They wanted some delicious bites for their guests to enjoy while engaging in trivia games and fun activities, so we welcomed everyone with passed hors d’oeuvres and a table of stationary appetizers. They also had a coffee & tea station and a mocktail bar where our bartenders served a variety of sweet drinks. We closed the evening with a dessert table that featured a beautiful ‘JR’ cake, custom printed cookies with the company logo, and assorted sweet bites like alfajorcitos and brownies 🍰🍴

Last year, we had the joy of celebrating a very special family wedding right here on our own farm!
For their celebration, they chose asado, one of the outdoor catering options we offer. Inspired by the Argentine tradition of gathering around the grill, our asado brings together imported meats, charcoal-fired grills, and the unmistakable smoky flavor that makes this tradition so special. But asado is not just about the food, it's about the experience, about enjoying a relaxed atmosphere, sharing a good conversation and making memories together 🍽️✨
While the grillers were preparing the main course, we welcomed guests with empanadas and a beautiful cheese & charcuterie board, as well as a full open bar so they could enjoy their favorite drinks. And to end the celebration on a sweet note, we created a big dessert table that featured an irresistible combination of bite-sized sweets and a variety of beautiful cakes, giving everyone a little something to enjoy 🍰

We felt so grateful to celebrate love, family, and togetherness in a place that is so close to our hearts ❤️

Pampa's owner, Lucia, loves sharing a little piece of her garden with all of our clients. She picks the most beautiful edible flowers for each event from her own flower garden, and our chefs use them to decorate the plates, buffets and dessert tables.
