It's market day!!!

I want to start by thanking everyone for every purchase via pre-order, every smile, every like and share, and every comment.

This is way outside of my comfort zone, and asking people for help is not something I do easily. But this is for my sister, and I’m putting my pride aside and simply asking for help.

She just had a baby on Sunday. This morning, she woke up ready to get her kids to school and get herself to work, only to walk outside and realize her car was gone.

I can’t imagine trying to navigate having a brand-new baby, taking care of your children, getting them to school, getting to work, and then having something like this happen on top of it all.

So I’m sharing her GoFundMe with a lot of hope and a whole lot of prayer. If you’re able to give, any little bit helps. Truly. And if you can’t donate, even sharing this may help it reach someone who can.

I’m just praying that enough little bits come together to make a big difference for my sister and her babies. 🤎

Early Bird Admission Is Now Open to Hummingbird Roots & Recipes Supporters

We have officially completed My Tea Party’s private invitation rollout for An Evening on the Bayou, and before our public advertising campaign begins September 1, we are opening Early Bird Admission to supporters of Chef Direka.

Chef Direka is taking the lead in creating the menu for this special New Orleans inspired dining experience. Guests will have an opportunity to experience her culinary work and culture presented as part of a thoughtfully planned evening.

My Tea Party will complement the menu with professional hospitality staffing and tableside tea service, creating a coordinated dining experience from the kitchen to the table.
